This is a 6 part online exploration of mythic masculinity for today, Begins Jan 26, 2022 – March 2, 2022
In the wake of Robert Bly’s death, Ian MacKenzie of The Mythic Masculine deems this a fitting time to revisit Bly’s seminal book Iron John: A Book About Men, one that ignited a mythopoetic men’s movement. What might Iron John offer in the era of COVID, the #metoo movement, AI, post-truth, multi-generational trauma, and biospheric breakdown? Join Ian and special guests for a five week (6 part) journey, in partnership with The Rowe Center.
