Across nine tracks and forty-six minutes, Caldera continues the conversation between Stephen Jenkinson and Gregory Hoskins, emboldens the intersection of their separate work, and contains some of their truest collaborative efforts. Moving into sonic territory new to them both, they’ve taken aim at the region from the heart to the hips, and their aim is true.
These are confessions of some misunderstandings of love, and meditations on the faces of love in the modern age.
Produced by Gregory Hoskins and Stephen Jenkinson, Caldera was recorded between Feb 19th, 2023 and Nov 15th, 2025. The album features the dedicated work of Adam Bowman on Moog, drums, and additional production, and Lisa Hodgson on voice. Additional performances by Don Rooke on resonator guitar and Amy Laing on cello.
